Srikar has over 25 years of experience in designing and implementing software systems in the life sciences industry. Prior to Qognit he was Senior Director of Software Development at Nodality where he managed the development of cloud-based data analytics software and its streamlined deployment to biopharma customers.

Before Nodality, Srikar was the third employee at CardioDx where he built and led the software and IT functions as the company grew to 150 employees. His team was responsible for developing and validating the software for Corus CAD, a clinically validated test for obstructive coronary artery disease. A central theme of his career in software engineering has been to model complex processes with simple, elegant, modular software designs that are scalable in a robust and reliable manner. He holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Chennai and a Masters in Biomedical Engineering from Boston University.
